Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd was founded in the year 2003, with a vision to cater niche construction market by becoming a preferred choice for all the corporate houses working in and around the city of Indore, by providing quality construction support in the field of:

- Malls and multiplexes…
- School, University & Medical College
… and in green and brownfield configuration projects, with end-to-end quality solutions under one umbrella, in both the Private and Government sectors.
We have grown from 30 Crore (16-17) to 351 Crore (24-25) INR Company, and we aspire to become a 700 Crore plus company with strong values, principles, and a healthy work environment for our employees by (25-26) and at the same time, increase our headcount from current 250 to 1000 by the end of the same period.
In 2008 the Firm was Incorporated as a Private Ltd Company under the Companies Act,1956, with the title “Apex Structure Pvt Ltd”. Our Group’s Annual Turnover is Rs.351 Cr. (FY 24-25), Projected Turnover Fy 25-26. is Approx. Rs. 650Cr. In the path of our growth journey we have been associated with some of the leading construction companies based at indore as their JV Partner.
