The ASPL was founded by Mr. Nitin Agrawal a first-generation entrepreneur and a visionary. With over two decades of experience in construction and real estate development, Mr. Nitin Agrawal as a Managing Director of ASPL has been at the forefront of the real estate industry, following its motto “Quality & commitment”
Since the inception of Apex structure, his vision has shaped, built, and delivered a multitude of projects related to real estate, retail and commercial properties. Each project distinct for its design, scale, and ambition.
His time-tested wisdom, integrity, and hands-on knowledge have made him one of the respected person in the construction/real estate community and guiding light for the team at ASPL.
Raghav Agrawal

Raghav Agrawal is a management graduate from the SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, is buzzing with new-age ideas a man of action, he leads the Group’s initiatives into new technologies, segments and geographies.
He has great abilities in building and scaling up high-performance teams in distributed/complex environments. His networking skills across the construction community and a keen eye for adapting contemporary concepts within the organization keeps the ASPL future-ready.
Sachin Maheshwari
