Project Overview
This ongoing project involves the development of a plotted residential layout at Manglia in Indore, executed for Godrej Projects Development Limited. Spread across approximately 24 acres, the scope includes site development, construction of internal roads, grading works, and execution of essential infrastructure services to support organised residential plotting. Designed by Practice Urbanism Architecture, the project focuses on planned urban development, efficient land utilisation, and creation of a structured residential environment for future housing construction. Currently in progress, the development contributes to the expansion of organised township infrastructure in the Indore region.
