Project Overview
This ongoing project involves the construction of a D-Mart retail mall for Avenue Supermarts Ltd in Nagpur, covering a built-up area of 37,540 sq. ft. The scope includes comprehensive civil construction, structural development, and execution of standardised retail infrastructure designed for efficient large-format supermarket operations. Designed by Epicons Consultants Pvt. Ltd, the project focuses on optimised layout planning, durable construction, and seamless customer circulation. Currently in progress, the development strengthens organised retail infrastructure and contributes to the expanding commercial ecosystem of the region.
