This project involved the execution of shell and core construction works for a proposed commercial building for Star Board Hotels Pvt Ltd in Chennai, executed under Insight Mall Developers Private Limited. Covering a substantial built-up area of 355,750 sq. ft., the scope included structural construction, foundational development, and preparation of the base framework to support future interior and commercial fit-outs. Designed by Genesis Design Partners, the project focused on engineering precision, structural stability, and long-term performance. Executed with adherence to modern construction standards and quality benchmarks, the development lays a strong foundation for a high-capacity commercial establishment.
